As DH NEFT SERVİS TİKİNTİ JSC, we conduct our business activities based on principles of corporate ethics and compliance. The corporate behavior and business ethics policy outlines the fundamental principles for internal corporate conduct, interactions with customers, business partners, government agencies, and external audiences.

Our Code of Conduct serves as a key resource for assisting our employees, customers, and all other stakeholders, referencing our company’s business reputation, policies, and guiding principles.

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy – outlines our responsibilities in addressing bribery and corruption issues and helps avoid instances of inappropriate and illegal behavior.

Education and Training Programs – a series of compliance training sessions designed to help our employees and contractors understand our values and procedures, the prohibition of bribery and corruption, and the preventive measures that can be taken in cases of such violations.

Safety Audits and Comprehensive Assessments – procedures and processes aimed at inspecting and evaluating each vendor and supplier before entering into a business contract with us.

Monitoring and Surveillance – regular audits and investigations conducted to assess the effectiveness of procedures and identify any deficiencies that may arise during their implementation.
