Biography:
Mr. Seyidov Shahin Mir-Aziz was born on November 19, 1979, in Zangibasar, Irevan. He earned his degree from the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University, graduating from the Faculty of Chemical Technology in 2000.
Professional Experience
Mr. Seyidov Shahin Mir-Aziz began his professional career in 2000 as an engineer in the oil and gas industry. Over the years, he has gained extensive expertise in drilling, geology, geophysics, well workover, and completion operations. Demonstrating strong technical and leadership skills, he advanced into senior executive roles and has successfully led large-scale international projects across multiple countries, including Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia, Ukraine, Iraq, Bangladesh, and the United Arab Emirates.
Director of Finance, Procurement & HR
Bahadır Boybeyi was born in Istanbul in 1983.
He earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from METU and a master's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Bilgi University.
He began his career in 2006 at EY Turkey's Tax Department, after which he worked for extended periods in the food and telecom sectors.
He has been serving as our company's Finance Director since 2023.
Director of QHSE
Yusuf Eken was born on 28 September 1982 in İzmit, Türkiye.
In addition to being a licensed trainer of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) in the United Kingdom, he also serves as a NEBOSH tutor.
Yusuf Eken has been working professionally in HSE (Occupational Health, Safety and Environment) and quality management for more than 20 years.
He has held leadership roles on international projects in Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq and Türkiye — including TANAP — and has gained international experience as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Director of Operations
Arif Ali Azun was born in July 1955 in Luleburgaz.
He graduated from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) with a degree in Petroleum Engineering and received an MSc from USC in the United States.
He has been working in the oil industry for about 35 years, mostly on international projects in Azerbaijan, Georgia, the United Arab Emirates, and Turkey.
Director of Legal and Compliance
Atayev Ramil Bayram was born on April 22, 1979, in the village of Shykhaliagaly, Jabrayil district.
From 1996 to 2000, he studied Law at the Faculty of Law of the Azerbaijan Social-Political University. Between 2020 and 2024, he studied Management at the Faculty of Administrative Management of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He began his career as a lawyer in 2002, specializing in corporate law and contract management, with over 22 years of professional experience.
Over time, he progressed through roles in state and municipal bodies and companies in the oil and gas sector, including legal advisor, senior legal advisor, legal and contracts manager, deputy general director for legal and contracts, and director of legal and compliance.
